gnu: python-requests-kerberos: Enable tests.

* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-requests-kerberos): Enable tests.
[source]: Replace the PyPI release by the Github release.
[build-system]: Swap to pyproject-build-system.
[native-inputs]: Add python-pytest and python-pytest-mock.
