gnu: Move visidata to (gnu packages spreadsheet).

* gnu/packages/visidata.scm (visidata): Move from here…
* gnu/packages/spreadsheet.scm (visidata): …to here.
* gnu/local.mk (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Adjust accordingly.
