gnu: lepton-eda: Remove dependency on geda tools.

* gnu/packages/engineering.scm (lepton-eda)[inherit]: Remove.
[build-system]: Set to gnu-build-system.
[arguments]<#:configure-flags>: Remove pcb references; add
--enable-guild and --enable-contrib.
[native-inputs]: Copy list from gead-gaf.
[inputs]: Remove m4 and pcb.
[synopsys, license]: Add them.
